Rabbit Jack

Lyrics

Rabbit Jack

Rabbit Jack away must creep
To the dark, the forest deep
There his little den he keeps
With his soft fern bed.

When the day has been so full
He has bounced his hearts content
And his energy's been spent
Sleepy slumber calls.

Nestled there and burrowed deep
Darkness brings Rabbit Jack sleep
And his weary bounces keep
Until the break of day.

So to you my bouncy child
Let the stars your eyes beguile
And just like Rabbit Jack in bed
Rest your sleepy dreaming head.
